I have recently encountered a huge problem with this software and have emailed support 3 times and not received any response. None whatsoever.
I have also now established that the product has recently been hugely discounted (Oct 2010) and this indicates that this Indian based company has failed, or is on the verge of failing. Such huge discounts indicate that attempts are being made reap maximum cash from unsuspecting customers before the owners / developers disappear over the horizon.
I do not recommend purchasing this product. The problem I have encountered is huge and the support response is zero.
